Payment Policy

Business Days: For purposes of this policy, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends (Saturday through Sunday) and U.S. federal holidays.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards and supported digital wallet options. Currently, supported payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and Google Pay.
All card payments are processed securely by Stripe using 256-bit TLS encryption and PCI DSS–compliant technology. We do not accept cash, checks, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.
Payment Currency
All prices on our website are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). We do not currently offer pricing in other currencies. If your card is held in another currency, your card issuer will apply its own conversion rate and any applicable fees — these are outside our control.
Taxes
Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated and collected automatically at checkout based on your delivery state. The applicable sales tax amount, if any, is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. No import duties or customs fees apply. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
Payment Authorization and Timing
Your payment method is charged immediately when you place your order, not at the time of dispatch. Payment must be made in full before production begins.
Pre-Authorization Holds: When you place an order, your payment method is charged immediately. In some cases, your bank or payment provider may first display the transaction as a pending authorization before it settles. If a payment attempt is declined, cancelled, or not completed, your payment provider may temporarily show an authorization hold. The timing for releasing authorization holds is controlled by your bank or payment provider and is typically 5–7 business days.
Failed Payments
If your payment is declined or fails to process, you will be notified immediately via email. Your order will not be confirmed and production will not begin until payment is successfully completed.
Common reasons for payment failure include insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or security restrictions set by your card issuer. Please verify your payment information and try again, or contact your bank for assistance.
Fraud Prevention and Order Verification
All orders are subject to security and fraud prevention screening. In some cases, we may need to verify your order details before processing. If additional verification is required, we will contact you via the email or phone number provided at checkout.
Orders that cannot be verified or that are flagged by our security systems may be delayed or canceled. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we believe may be fraudulent or unauthorized. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Made-to-Order Model
All products are offered through a made-to-order model. We do not keep pre-manufactured inventory. After your payment is confirmed, your order is submitted to our production and fulfillment partners for individual production. This is why payment is collected immediately and cancellation windows are limited to the period before production begins.
Order Cancellations and Modifications
Because all products are made to order, cancellation and modification requests are time-sensitive. We do not guarantee a fixed cancellation or modification period after an order is placed.
You may request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible at order@lecouturestore.com. We can cancel your order only if production has not yet begun. Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled.
You may request modifications — including changes to your shipping address, size, color, or other order details — by contacting us as soon as possible. Modifications are not guaranteed and can be applied only if the order status still allows the change.
Personalized Orders: If your order includes text personalization, you may cancel it before you approve the personalization layout preview, provided production has not begun. Once you approve the layout and production begins, the personalized order is final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons. Exceptions apply if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or personalized incorrectly due to our error. See our Refund and Return Policy for full details.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and approve your return. After we issue the refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post it to your account.
Please allow up to 19 business days from the date we receive your return for an approved refund to appear on your statement.

Security of Your Payment Information
We use 256-bit TLS encryption to protect your data during transmission. Le Couture Store LLC does not store or have access to your full card number — payment card details are processed directly and exclusively by Stripe. Once your purchase is complete, we retain only your billing and shipping information, order details, and the last four digits of your card for identification purposes.
Stripe is certified as PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest level of certification available in the payments industry.
Privacy
Any personal data you provide at checkout is used only to process your order and support your customer experience. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information — including your rights under applicable US state privacy laws — please read our Privacy Policy.
Consumer Rights
This Payment Policy does not limit or affect your statutory rights under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights beyond those described in this policy.
Governing Law
This Payment Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and is subject to the terms outlined in our Terms of Service.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Payment Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For completed purchases, the Payment Policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply, unless a later change is required by law or is more favorable to the customer.
