Legal Entity: These Terms of Service apply to Le Couture Store LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, operating the website lecouturestore.com (the "Site").
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and any purchases made through it. By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or place an order.
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy, Payment Policy, and AI Chat Terms of Use, all of which form part of the agreement between you and Le Couture Store LLC.
Your continued use of the Site following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 may only use the Site and place orders with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on their behalf.
By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law, or that you have obtained the required parental or guardian consent.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the Site or provide personal information to us. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. Products & Order Processing
Made-to-Order Model
All products sold through the Site are made to order. This means that each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. We do not maintain pre-made inventory. Production begins after your order is confirmed and payment is processed.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including after an order confirmation has been sent. Reasons may include product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraud, or other concerns identified during order review.
If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Pricing Accuracy & Errors
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices, promotions, and availability displayed on the Site are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice — including after your order has been submitted. If a pricing or description error is identified after your order is placed, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Product Descriptions
We strive to display product colors, materials, and dimensions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual appearance of the product. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish inherent to the production process are not considered defects.
5. Personalized Orders
Personalization is an optional feature available on select products in our catalog. It is not available on all items.
How Personalization Works
If a product page offers a personalization option, you may choose to submit custom text as part of your order at no additional charge. Submitting personalization text transforms a standard order into a Personalized Order. If you do not submit personalization text, your order remains a standard order and our standard 40-day Refund and Return policy applies.
Customer Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, spelling, and content of any personalization text you submit. Please review your submission carefully before placing your order. Errors in personalization text submitted by the customer — including misspellings, incorrect names, or other inaccuracies — are not eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.
Approval & Production
For all personalized orders, a layout preview will be sent to you for approval before production begins. Production does not begin until you approve the layout. The process of text personalization and product manufacturing is considered part of order processing. Once the personalization layout is approved and production begins, your order is final sale.
Final Sale — Personalized Orders
Personalized Orders cannot be returned or exchanged for the following reasons:
- Buyer's remorse
- Incorrect personalization text submitted by the customer
- Preference-based reasons such as size or color changes
- Change of mind after layout approval
This does not limit your rights if the item arrives damaged, defective, or personalized incorrectly from the approved text. In such cases, please contact us at order@lecouturestore.com and we will resolve the issue in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
Content Standards
You agree not to submit personalization content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringing on third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse production of any personalization content that violates these standards, in which case you will be notified and offered a full refund.
6. Pricing & Payment
Currency
All prices on the Site are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). We do not currently offer pricing in other currencies. If your card is held in another currency, your card issuer will apply its own conversion rate and any applicable fees.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards — including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB — as well as Google Pay, all processed securely through Stripe. We do not accept cash, checks, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency. For full details on accepted payment methods, security, and refund timing, see our Payment Policy.
Payment Authorization
By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the full order amount to your selected payment method at the time of purchase. Payment is collected immediately when you place your order and must be made in full before production begins. You represent and warrant that (1) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (2) you are duly authorized to use such payment method, and (3) charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider.
Sales Tax
Where required by applicable law, sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address. The applicable amount, if any, is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Failed Payments
If your payment cannot be processed, your order will not be confirmed and production will not begin. You will be notified and given the opportunity to provide an alternative payment method.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship exclusively within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are currently unable to ship to U.S. Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) or U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Standard shipping is free on all orders. Estimated total delivery time is 5–14 business days from the date of order placement, subject to processing time and carrier transit.

8. Returns & Refunds
Our full Refund and Return Policy is available at Refund and Return Policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Standard Orders
Standard orders are eligible for return within 40 days of delivery for any reason, including change of mind, subject to the conditions described in our Refund and Return Policy.
Personalized Orders
As described in Section 5 of these Terms, Personalized Orders are final sale once the personalization layout is approved and production begins. They are not eligible for return or exchange except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or personalized incorrectly due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at order@lecouturestore.com within 7 days of delivery for the fastest resolution. If a manufacturing defect is not reasonably discoverable at delivery, you may report it within the 40-day return window. We will offer a replacement or full refund in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
Ownership
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, design elements, and the overall visual presentation — is the property of Le Couture Store LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable US copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Restrictions
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in legal liability.
Trademarks
Le Couture Store's name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Le Couture Store LLC or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such trademarks without our prior written permission.
User-Submitted Content & Feedback
By submitting personalization text, product reviews, feedback, suggestions, or any other content to the Site, you grant Le Couture Store LLC a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Site and our services.
You represent and warrant that: (1) you own or have all necessary rights to any content you submit; (2) you have disclosed any compensation or incentives received in connection with your submission; and (3) your content does not infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit, or remove any user-submitted content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
10. Third-Party Brand & Manufacturer References
Independent Seller
Le Couture Store LLC operates as an independent seller under its own name and brand identity. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an authorized representative of any third-party manufacturer, brand, or trademark referenced on the Site, unless such a relationship is expressly and explicitly stated.
Why Third-Party References May Appear
Some product pages may include references to a third-party manufacturer, brand, or trademark. Such references appear only where they help identify the underlying base garment or accessory more accurately — for example, to clarify material expectations, construction, or fit. These references are made for descriptive accuracy and are consistent with US advertising standards, including FTC guidelines requiring that product descriptions not create a misleading impression through omission of material information.
What These References Do Not Mean
The presence of a third-party name on a product page does not mean that:
- Le Couture Store is owned by or operating under that company's name
- Le Couture Store is an authorized dealer, official partner, or licensed reseller of that brand
- The product is sponsored or endorsed by that brand or trademark holder
- Any commercial relationship exists between Le Couture Store and the referenced third party
Brand & Production Block
Where applicable, product pages include a dedicated Brand & Production block that identifies the source of the base garment or accessory and provides a specific disclaimer clarifying Le Couture Store's role as an independent seller. This block is the primary location where item-specific third-party references are disclosed and contextualized.
Trademark Notice
All third-party brand names, trademarks, and trade names referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners. Their use on the Site is solely for descriptive and informational purposes and does not imply any association or endorsement.

11. Prohibited Uses
By using the Site, you agree that you will not:
Fraudulent or Harmful Activity
- Place orders using false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Submit fraudulent payment information or engage in unauthorized use of another person's payment method
- Initiate chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
Unauthorized Access & Technical Interference
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access, collect, or copy any content from the Site without our prior written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any systems connected to the Site
- Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code to the Site
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or its infrastructure
- Collect or track the personal information of other users
Commercial Misuse
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any products purchased from the Site without our prior written authorization

- Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation in connection with your use of the Site
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated any of these prohibitions, without notice and without liability to you.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or any part thereof at our sole discretion at any time, without notice, including if we determine that you have violated these Terms or any applicable law.
Upon termination, you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. Any provision of these Terms that by its nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to: Intellectual Property, User-Submitted Content, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, Class Action Waiver, Governing Law, and Severability.
13. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site is powered by and integrated with various third-party platforms and services, including Shopify (e-commerce platform), Stripe (payment processing), Netlify (hosting and serverless infrastructure for certain Site features, including the AI Shopping Assistant), OpenAI API (AI response generation), Upstash (rate limiting and related anti-abuse infrastructure for the chat experience), Google reCAPTCHA (bot and abuse prevention), Resend (transactional email delivery for chat-related follow-up or transcript delivery where offered), Google (analytics and advertising), Meta (advertising and social commerce), Pinterest (advertising and product catalog), Judge.me (customer reviews), and our production, fulfillment, and shipping partners. The collection, use, processing, and transfer of personal information in connection with these services is described in our Privacy Policy.
Links to third-party websites may also appear on the Site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party links or services from the Site is done entirely at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with your purchase.
The inclusion of any third-party link or service on the Site does not imply our endorsement or affiliation with that third party. Complaints or questions regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the relevant third party.
The Site includes an AI Shopping Assistant delivered through third-party infrastructure and service providers and powered in part by the OpenAI API. The chat may use Netlify, Upstash, and Google reCAPTCHA to process requests, enforce usage limits, and help prevent spam, bots, automated abuse, and other misuse. If you choose to request email follow-up or a transcript through the chat, we may use Resend to deliver those emails. Use of the AI Shopping Assistant is subject to our separate AI Chat Terms of Use.
By using the AI Shopping Assistant, you acknowledge that your message content, related technical metadata, and security or verification signals may be processed by these service providers as described in our Privacy Policy and AI Chat Terms of Use. AI-generated responses are produced automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. The AI Shopping Assistant cannot process orders, apply discounts, or handle payments.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LE COUTURE STORE LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- WARRANTIES THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
- WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE
We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Site will be accurate or reliable. We may remove or discontinue the Site or any part thereof at any time without notice.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you in full. In such cases, our warranties are limited to the minimum scope permitted by applicable law.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LE COUTURE STORE LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH IT — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you in full. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Force Majeure
Le Couture Store LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, epidemics, or pandemics
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
- Labor disputes, strikes, or lockouts
- Failures of third-party service providers, including shipping carriers, payment processors, or hosting services
- Internet or telecommunications failures
- Supplier or manufacturer delays
During any such event, our obligations under these Terms will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and we will not be liable for any resulting delays or failures to perform.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Le Couture Store LLC and its members, managers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or related to:
- Your use of or access to the Site
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Any content you submit to the Site, including personalization text or reviews
- Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced by such failure. We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses. We will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent, not to be unreasonably withheld.
18. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration
Informal Resolution First
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at hello@lecouturestore.com with the subject line "Dispute Notice" and provide a written description of your claim, the relief you are seeking, and your contact information. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of receiving your notice. If we are unable to resolve the dispute within that period, either party may proceed to arbitration as described below.
Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or any products purchased through the Site shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by these Terms. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, video conference, written submissions, or in person in the county where you reside, or at another mutually agreed location.
Arbitration Fees
Filing fees and arbitration costs will be allocated in accordance with the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. We will not seek attorneys' fees or costs in arbitration unless the arbitrator determines that your claim is frivolous.
Limitation on Time to File Claims
Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Any claim not brought within this period is permanently barred. This limitation applies regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Exceptions to Arbitration
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies. Either party may also seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights, without first engaging in the informal dispute resolution process described above.
19. Class Action Waiver
YOU AND LE COUTURE STORE LLC EACH AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDING WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST LE COUTURE STORE LLC.
If a court or arbitrator determines that this class action waiver is unenforceable with respect to a particular claim, then that claim shall be severed from arbitration and may proceed in court, while all remaining claims shall continue in arbitration on an individual basis.
20. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
To the extent that any dispute is not subject to arbitration under Section 18, you agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming for the resolution of such dispute.
21. Assignment
You may not delegate, transfer, or assign these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. Any such attempt will be null and void.
We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations under them without your consent or prior notice to you — for example, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
22. Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable US export and import control laws and regulations in your use of the Site and purchase of products. You represent and warrant that:
- You are not located in, or a resident or national of, any country subject to a US government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country
- You are not listed on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties
- You will not use any products purchased through the Site in violation of any US export laws or regulations
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders to any jurisdiction where we are prohibited from doing business under applicable law.
23. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where required by applicable law or where we deem it appropriate, notify you via email.
Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site.

24. Severability & Entire Agreement
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy, Payment Policy, and AI Chat Terms of Use, constitute the entire agreement between you and Le Couture Store LLC with respect to your use of the Site and any purchases made through it. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between you and Le Couture Store LLC regarding the same subject matter.
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Le Couture Store LLC.
