Business Days: For purposes of this policy, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends (Saturday through Sunday) and U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Within the United States

We ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We currently cannot ship to U.S. military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) or U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.


Order Processing Time

Processing Time

Processing takes 2–5 business days. This includes production of your item and quality review before shipment.

Order Cutoff Time

We submit orders placed before 12:00 PM, MT (Mountain Time) on a business day for production on the same business day. We begin processing orders placed after 12:00 PM, MT, on weekends (Saturday through Sunday), or on U.S. federal holidays on the next business day.

For Personalized Orders, the cutoff time applies from the moment you approve the personalization layout — not from the time you place the order.

Processing times are estimates, not guarantees.


Order Shipping Time

After we complete processing and hand your order to the carrier, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–9 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and do not include weekends (Saturday through Sunday) or U.S. federal holidays. Carrier delays or peak season volume may extend delivery times.

Delivery to Hawaii and Alaska follows the same standard timeframe. Orders to these states may occasionally require additional transit time depending on carrier routing.


Estimated Total Delivery Timeline

Your total delivery estimate includes two stages: order processing (2–5 business days) and shipping transit (3–9 business days). These stages run consecutively. Your order is typically delivered within 5–14 business days from the date of placement.

If you place your order after 12:00 PM MT, on weekends (Saturday through Sunday), or on U.S. federal holidays, we begin processing it on the next business day. This shifts the estimated delivery window accordingly. All timeframes are estimates and may vary based on product type, carrier routing, and seasonal demand.

If we become aware that we cannot ship your order within the estimated processing timeframe stated in this Shipping Policy, we will notify you by email as soon as reasonably possible. The notice will include the reason for the delay, the revised estimated shipping date, and your options.

You may choose to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund to your original payment method. Where applicable law requires affirmative consent to a delay, we will not treat silence as consent. If a response is required and we do not receive your response by the deadline stated in the notice, we will cancel the unshipped order and issue a full refund.


Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders. We do not add shipping charges at checkout.

Made-to-Order Model

We offer all products through a made-to-order model. We do not keep pre-manufactured inventory. This applies to personalized and non-personalized orders. After we receive your order and approve it for processing, our production and fulfillment partners produce it individually.

Orders are typically prepared and shipped from fulfillment centers within the United States or from partner facilities located within the United States, depending on product type and routing.


Order Cancellations & Modifications

Because all orders are made to order, cancellation and modification requests are time-sensitive. We do not guarantee a fixed cancellation period after an order is placed.

Cancellations: You may request cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible at order@lecouturestore.com. We can cancel your order only if production has not yet begun. Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled.

Modifications: You may request changes to your shipping address, size, color, or other order details by contacting us as soon as possible at order@lecouturestore.com. We can apply modifications only if production or fulfillment status still allows the change. We do not guarantee that modification requests can be applied after an order is submitted for production or fulfillment.

If your order cannot be canceled or modified, you may review our Refund and Return Policy after the order has been delivered.


Personalized Orders

Some products offer an optional text personalization feature. The personalization status of your order affects how we handle it:

  • If you do not submit personalization text — we treat the order as a standard order and the standard refund and return policy applies.
  • If you submit personalization text — the order becomes a personalized order. Text personalization is provided at no additional cost. Before production begins, we will email you a personalization layout preview for approval. We do not begin production until you approve the layout.

You may cancel a personalized order before you approve the personalization layout, provided production has not begun. Once you approve the personalization layout and production begins, the personalized order is final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons. Exceptions apply if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or personalized incorrectly because of our error. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for full details.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.

If you do not receive a tracking confirmation or cannot track your order, contact us at order@lecouturestore.com.


Order Not Received

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, take these steps:

  1. check with neighbors or building management;
  2. contact the carrier directly using your tracking number;
  3. allow 1–2 additional business days. Carriers occasionally update tracking status before final delivery.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages

Address or Access Issues: If a package is returned because the shipping address was incorrect or incomplete, delivery was repeatedly unsuccessful, the package was not collected in time, or the carrier could not access the delivery location, we will contact you after the package is returned to the applicable return facility.

For eligible non-personalized orders, you may choose either:

  • reshipment to a corrected U.S. address; or
  • a refund under our Refund and Return Policy.

We do not deduct fulfillment, handling, restocking, or original shipping charges from refunds for eligible returned-to-sender packages.

For personalized orders, the final-sale rules in our Refund and Return Policy still apply after production begins. If a personalized order is returned to sender because of an address or access issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment to a corrected U.S. address.

Our Errors, Defects, or Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or the shipping issue was caused by our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery for the fastest no-cost resolution. If a manufacturing defect is not reasonably discoverable at delivery, you may still report it within the 40-day return window. If the issue is confirmed, no-cost remedies may include a replacement, exchange for the correct item, or full refund, as described in our Refund and Return Policy.


Shipping Carriers

We ship orders via major U.S. carriers. Our fulfillment partners select the specific carrier based on delivery location and order characteristics.


Taxes and Duties

No import duties or customs fees apply because we ship exclusively within the United States.

Where applicable, we calculate and collect sales tax at checkout based on your delivery state, in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws. The applicable sales tax amount, if any, is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


Address & Delivery Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

  • undelivered or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address you provide;
  • stolen packages after confirmed delivery;
  • failed deliveries where the carrier was unable to access the delivery location.

Providing a mobile phone number during checkout is not required, but it may help carriers coordinate delivery and reduce the risk of missed deliveries.


Shipping Restrictions

We may refuse shipment to certain addresses due to carrier limitations or regulatory requirements. If we cannot fulfill your order at your address, we will notify you and issue a full refund.


Force Majeure

Le Couture Store LLC is not liable for delays caused by carrier disruptions, natural disasters, severe weather, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

This section does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law regarding delayed, unshipped, or undeliverable orders.


Governing Law

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and is subject to the terms outlined in our Terms of Service.


Consumer Rights

This Shipping Policy does not limit or affect your statutory rights under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws, including rights that may apply to delayed, unshipped, or undeliverable orders.


Policy Updates

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. We will post changes on this page with an updated effective date. The version of this policy in effect at the time you place your order governs the shipping terms applicable to that order.
