Le Couture Store uses a made-to-order catalog in which product design, sourcing, and production information are documented separately and at product level. This page explains how that model works, how design and production methods are presented, and where to find the information that applies to a specific item before ordering.
Who We Are
Le Couture Store is an online store that develops and sells clothing, footwear, bags, and accessories through a made-to-order model. For each listing, we select the product, artwork, placement, and product configuration. On-demand production and fulfillment are carried out through our production partner and its fulfillment network.

Why We Use Made-to-Order Production
Le Couture Store does not maintain inventory of finished, decorated products. After an order is accepted for processing, the selected item is submitted for on-demand production and fulfillment. Depending on the product, this may involve printing or embroidering an existing blank garment or accessory, or completing the finished item through a cut-and-sew process.
This model allows the catalog to develop without requiring finished stock for every design and product configuration, while making the production stage before shipment a normal part of the order process.

Product Design and Decoration Methods
The production method is selected at product level according to the base product, artwork, placement, and intended appearance. Product Design Notes explains the design itself, its collection relationship, placement, and interaction with the product. Where the production method materially affects the finished appearance, that relationship is also explained there.
Not every decoration method is suitable for every product, and not every design is created equal. Therefore, the choice of decoration method is made at the level of a specific product and is described on the page of each product in the “Product Design Notes” block. How We Reference Third-Party Brands and Base Products
Some products use blank garments or accessories supplied under third-party brand names. Where a brand is identified, it is referenced to identify the base product and, where relevant, its sourcing, material, or construction information. Le Couture Store selects the artwork, placement, and product configuration for the listing. A third-party brand reference does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by that brand.

Where to Find the Exact Details for Each Product
The precise specifications for each specific item are listed on its corresponding page. Because our online store spans clothing, footwear, bags, and accessories, each product page is structured to give you a comprehensive overview of exactly what you’re ordering—from the product description to care instructions and sizing information. Below is an overview of what you’ll find on these pages:
Description — The main block covering the core details of the item: key characteristics, materials, available options, and anything else essential to understanding the product at a glance.
Optional Text Personalization — This block appears only on products that offer an optional text personalization feature. It explains how the personalization works and outlines the terms and conditions associated with this service.
Product Design Notes — Present on every product page, this block explains the artwork or motif, its relationship to the relevant collection or collections, and how placement, scale, color, and the product surface shape the finished design. A production method is included when it materially helps explain the result.
Brand & Production — Present on every product page, this block identifies the base product or cut-and-sew construction and explains how the item is produced on demand. Where relevant, it also records current supplier information about sourcing, traceability, certifications, and third-party blank brands. If a third-party brand is named, a concise non-affiliation statement is included.
Delivery & Refund — This store-wide block summarizes made-to-order processing, shipping, and return terms. For products ordered with optional text personalization, the personalized-order terms apply once the personalization layout is approved and production begins.
Product Care — Found on every product page, this block provides care guidance for the specific item — including the opportunity to view the inner care label in the product imagery. Please note that the care label may vary from item to item.
Size Chart — This block appears on products where size variations exist and guidance is needed. It includes a size chart and any relevant notes to help you determine the right fit before placing your order.

Order Processing, Fulfillment, and Packaging
After an order is accepted for processing, it enters the production and fulfillment workflow appropriate to that item. Depending on the product, this may include printing, embroidery, cut-and-sew production, quality review, packing, and dispatch preparation.
