Product Design Notes

The Solstice Loop embroidery is placed at the front of the cap as a compact symbolic detail, giving the distressed black cotton surface a focused point of contrast.

Unlike machine-perfect embroidery, the Solstice Loop symbol is stitched with intentional openings — subtle cuts that break the outline and give the motif a vintage depth, as if it were an inherited piece. These interruptions are part of the design language, not a defect.

The cap itself is intentionally distressed across the crown and visor. Frayed areas, worn edges, and slight variations in the distressed finish are part of the garment’s character.

With wear, the cotton twill may soften naturally, while the embroidered thread remains more structured, making it a more defined point of contrast over time.

Rooted in the idea of continuity and balance, the Solstice Loop motif is built from interlocking looped forms. Its central negative space creates a quiet geometric opening, giving the symbol a sense of movement without making the design visually heavy.
