This cap is adjustable and designed as one size.
Measure your head circumference with a non-stretchable measuring tape. Place the end of the tape on your forehead and wrap the rest around the back of your head, keeping it 1″ (2.5 cm) above your ears. Pinch the spot where the tape meets the other end, lift the loop over your head, and note the measurement.

Made from 100% pre-shrunk cotton twill. Designed as an unstructured 6-panel cap with a low profile, soft crown, curved visor, six sewn eyelets, four stitched rows on the visor, seamed front panel without buckram, and adjustable hook-and-loop closure. The crown and visor feature distressed fabric detailing for a worn-in appearance. Finished with Old Gold Solstice Loop embroidery on the front.
Product Design Notes
This cap belongs to The Symbolic Series collection, combining the Solstice Loop emblem with a distressed cotton base whose existing surface character becomes part of the overall appearance.
The front embroidery uses the same interlocking loop structure, intentional breaks, and central opening established across the Solstice family. Positioned at the front of the crown, the emblem becomes the primary focal point of the cap.
Old-gold thread creates a warm contrast against the black cotton. The garment itself includes distressed areas across the crown and visor, so frayed sections and worn edges belong to the construction of the cap.
The contrast between defined embroidery and irregular distressed fabric gives the symbol a clear boundary against a less uniform surface.
Brand & Production
The base cap is an Otto Cap® blank. Le Couture Store selects the artwork, embroidery placement, and product configuration. The embroidery is applied on demand through our production partner after an order is placed.
According to current supplier traceability information, the blank product is sourced from China, with dyeing in China and cap manufacturing in Myanmar.
Otto Cap® is referenced to identify the base cap. Le Couture Store is not affiliated with or endorsed by Otto Cap®.
Delivery & Refund
Made to Order
All products are offered on a made-to-order basis. Le Couture Store does not maintain inventory of finished products in their final Le Couture Store configuration.
After an order is accepted for processing, the selected item enters the production and fulfillment workflow applicable to that product. Depending on the item, this may involve printing or embroidering an existing base product or producing a cut-and-sew item from printed fabric.
For products ordered with optional text personalization, production begins only after you approve the personalization layout preview.
Shipping & Delivery
Free Shipping: Standard shipping is free for all orders to supported U.S. destinations.
Shipping Area: We ship exclusively within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We currently cannot ship to U.S. military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses, or to U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Processing Time: 2–5 business days.
Carrier Transit Time: 3–9 business days after the order is shipped.
For non-personalized orders, the estimated total processing and delivery period is 5–14 business days from the applicable processing start date.
For Personalized Orders, the estimated 5–14-business-day processing and delivery period begins after you approve the personalization layout. Time spent waiting for your approval is not included in that estimate.

Returns
Non-Personalized Orders: Eligible non-personalized items may be returned for any reason, including change of mind, if you initiate the return request within 40 days of delivery and the item meets the conditions described in our Refund and Return Policy.
Personalized Orders: If you submit personalization text, the order becomes a Personalized Order. Once you approve the personalization layout and production begins, the order is final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons, customer-submitted personalization errors, or preference-based reasons such as size or color changes.
The final-sale restriction does not apply if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is personalized differently from the approved layout because of our error.

Product Care
Care instructions are provided by the product label. To help preserve the distressed finish and embroidered detail, spot clean when possible and avoid ironing directly over the embroidery.
