A — Length
Place the end of a measuring tape beside the collar at the top of the garment, at the high point shoulder. Pull the tape down to the bottom of the item.
B — Width
Place the end of the tape at the seam under the sleeve and pull the tape measure across the sweatshirt to the seam under the opposite sleeve.

Made from a cotton-blend fleece: 70% cotton and 30% recycled polyester, with a 100% cotton face. Fabric weight: 8.25 oz/yd² (280 g/m²). Designed with a regular fit, 3-end fleece fabric, double-needle topstitching on all seams, 1×1 ribbing at the cuffs and waistband, twill neck tape, a tear-away tag, and under 5% shrinkage. Finished with large front tree embroidery in white thread.
Product Design Notes
This sweatshirt belongs to the Silhouettes of Nature collection, using a recognizable botanical form as the main surface feature.
The front embroidery depicts a tree with branching roots, trunk, and foliage. The structure of the motif spreads outward from a central trunk, allowing the branches and roots to occupy a broad horizontal and vertical area while remaining contained on the front of the garment.
White thread against Heather Grey creates a relatively close tonal relationship. From farther away, the tree reads primarily through its overall shape; at closer range, the stitched branches, leaves, and raised embroidery become more apparent.
The centered placement gives the motif enough scale to function as the sweatshirt’s primary visual feature while leaving the sleeves and surrounding body surface unprinted.
Brand & Production
The base sweatshirt is a Lane Seven® blank. Le Couture Store selects the artwork, embroidery placement, and product configuration. The embroidery is applied on demand through our production partner after an order is placed.
According to current supplier information, the blank garment is sourced from Pakistan.

Delivery & Refund
Made to Order
All products are offered on a made-to-order basis. Le Couture Store does not maintain inventory of finished products in their final Le Couture Store configuration.
After an order is accepted for processing, the selected item enters the production and fulfillment workflow applicable to that product. Depending on the item, this may involve printing or embroidering an existing base product or producing a cut-and-sew item from printed fabric.
For products ordered with optional text personalization, production begins only after you approve the personalization layout preview.
Shipping & Delivery
Free Shipping: Standard shipping is free for all orders to supported U.S. destinations.
Shipping Area: We ship exclusively within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We currently cannot ship to U.S. military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses, or to U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Processing Time: 2–5 business days.
Carrier Transit Time: 3–9 business days after the order is shipped.
For non-personalized orders, the estimated total processing and delivery period is 5–14 business days from the applicable processing start date.
For Personalized Orders, the estimated 5–14-business-day processing and delivery period begins after you approve the personalization layout. Time spent waiting for your approval is not included in that estimate.

Returns
Non-Personalized Orders: Eligible non-personalized items may be returned for any reason, including change of mind, if you initiate the return request within 40 days of delivery and the item meets the conditions described in our Refund and Return Policy.
Personalized Orders: If you submit personalization text, the order becomes a Personalized Order. Once you approve the personalization layout and production begins, the order is final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons, customer-submitted personalization errors, or preference-based reasons such as size or color changes.
The final-sale restriction does not apply if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is personalized differently from the approved layout because of our error.

Product Care
Care instructions are provided on the product label. To help preserve the fleece surface and embroidered detail, wash with similar colors and avoid ironing directly over the embroidery.
