Layout Approval & Production

After you place the order, we will send a personalization layout preview to the email address associated with your order.

Production does not begin until you approve the layout.

You may request cancellation before approving the layout, provided production has not begun. Cancellation requests are time-sensitive and must be submitted in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

For a Personalized Order, the estimated 2–5-business-day processing period begins after you approve the personalization layout. Time spent waiting for your approval is not included in the processing or delivery estimate.

Personalized-Order Return Conditions

If personalization text is submitted, the item becomes part of a Personalized Order. Once you approve the personalization layout and production begins, the order is final sale.

After that point, the item cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for:

buyer’s remorse;
incorrect personalization text submitted by the customer;
a change of mind;
size or color preference; or
other preference-based reasons.

If no personalization text is submitted, the item is treated as a non-personalized order and the standard Refund and Return Policy applies.

The final-sale restriction does not limit your rights if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or personalized differently from the approved text because of our error. If an issue occurs, contact order@lecouturestore.com and we will address it under our Refund and Return Policy.

Product Design Notes

This hooded long-sleeve tee belongs to the Silhouettes of Nature collection, using landscape imagery as its connection to the natural environment.

The front artwork presents an Icelandic landscape with a softened photographic treatment. Land, atmosphere, and distant natural forms remain recognizable, while reduced sharpness gives the image a quieter visual boundary against the garment.

The composition occupies a defined area. Its subdued color range works with the lightweight garment, keeping the landscape as the focal point within a broad area of surrounding fabric.

The artwork is applied using DTG printing, in which water-based ink is printed directly onto the garment.

Brand & Production

The base hooded tee is a Bella + Canvas® blank. Le Couture Store selects the artwork, placement, and product configuration. The front print is applied and the finished product is prepared on demand through our production partner.

According to current supplier information, the blank garment may be sourced from facilities in the United States or Central America, depending on the production run.

Bella + Canvas® is referenced to identify the base garment. Le Couture Store is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bella + Canvas®.

Delivery & Refund

Made to Order

All products are offered on a made-to-order basis. Le Couture Store does not maintain inventory of finished products in their final Le Couture Store configuration.

After an order is accepted for processing, the selected item enters the production and fulfillment workflow applicable to that product. Depending on the item, this may involve printing or embroidering an existing base product or producing a cut-and-sew item from printed fabric.

For products ordered with optional text personalization, production begins only after you approve the personalization layout preview.

Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping: Standard shipping is free for all orders to supported U.S. destinations.

Shipping Area: We ship exclusively within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We currently cannot ship to U.S. military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses, or to U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Processing Time: 2–5 business days.

Carrier Transit Time: 3–9 business days after the order is shipped.

For non-personalized orders, the estimated total processing and delivery period is 5–14 business days from the applicable processing start date.

For Personalized Orders, the estimated 5–14-business-day processing and delivery period begins after you approve the personalization layout. Time spent waiting for your approval is not included in that estimate.

Returns

Non-Personalized Orders: Eligible non-personalized items may be returned for any reason, including change of mind, if you initiate the return request within 40 days of delivery and the item meets the conditions described in our Refund and Return Policy.

Personalized Orders: If you submit personalization text, the order becomes a Personalized Order. Once you approve the personalization layout and production begins, the order is final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons, customer-submitted personalization errors, or preference-based reasons such as size or color changes.

The final-sale restriction does not apply if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is personalized differently from the approved layout because of our error.
